VP Design Inman News
Leads and creates scalable brand and design solutions for each division of the organization: product, events, sales, growth, and editorial.

Leading the overall brand refresh of Inman to create a more cohesive visual language for the Inman brand.

Using design to help grow subscriptions and event attendance.

Iterating on the editorial product(s) so they evolve with our coverage and audience.

Supporting sales with ideas and solutions to grow our advertising client list.

VP Design Vox Media
Oversaw the design group responsible for supporting Vox Media, Vox Creative, and associated brands (The Verge, Polygon, SB Nation, Curbed, Eater, Racked, re/code, Vox.com). Led major rebranding initiatives and over 300 website design/redesign projects with emphasis on enhancing the user experience and scaling outstanding design practices across the organization.

Built out the Vox Media Design team from a three-person design team into a 50-person department, responsible for recruitment, hiring, and oversight of the internship program. Led diversity and inclusion initiatives, and implemented a pay parity program across the design team. Provided design strategy and insight to support business development teams in client-facing meetings.

Design Director AOL
Led the design team and provided creative strategy and direction for digital properties within the AOL Sports and News portfolio (fanhouse.com, mmafighting.com, aolnews.com, politicsdaily.com). Served as design director for AOL Sports and reimagined the brand concept to enhance the user experience. Led the redesign and launch of the Women’s channel, and development of Fanhouse.com. Pioneered the internship program to create opportunities for emerging designers while cultivating a steady pipeline of new creative talent.
